What is Reiki?

(pronounced "ray-key") is an ancient system of hands on healing for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words - Rei and Ki, meaning universal life energy and works on the field of energy all around the body.   Reiki can be an effective pain and stress reliever as well as being a helpful adjunct to medical, psychological, or spiritual care.

 

Reiki is both powerful and gentle. Reiki has a long history. It has aided in the healing of virtually every known illness and injury including: multiple sclerosis, heart disease, cancer, back problems, broken bones and fractures, cuts, bruises, headaches, menstrual cramps, fertility problems, and aids in pregnancy and during child labor. It is always beneficial and works to improve the effectiveness of all other types of therapy.

An integrated learning experience in which students learn via electronic and online media as well as traditional

Reiki I Degree Certification $150.00

The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. A Reiki I Degree attunement is given. The following information and techniques are covered including:

  • History of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki

  • The Reiki hand positions

  • Giving a complete Reiki treatment for self and others.

  • Reiki Ethics for Professional Practice

  • Chakra attuning and balancing with Reiki techniques

  • Receive the following Forms: (1) Client Treatment Documentation Form (2) Client Information Form, and (3) Client Case History Form

Reiki II Degree Certification $300.00

The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. A Reiki II Degree attunement is given. The following information and techniques are covered including:

Reiki Techniques, as taught by Dr. Usui including:

  • Gassho meditation,

  • Reiji-ho - developing your intuition,

  • Byosen Scanning - detecting where Reiki is needed,

  • Gyoshi ho - sending Reiki with the eyes,

  • Koki ho - using the breath to send Reiki,

  • Kenyoku - dry bathing or clearing ones energy field,

  • Jacki-kiri Joka-ho, clearing objects of negative energy.

  • Chakra Therapy

  • Reiki Crystal Use

  • Emotional Healing Program

  • The Reiki II Symbols how to use them

  • Using Reiki to heal unwanted habits.

  • Distant/ Remote healing

Reiki III/Master Teacher Certification $450.00

Become a certified Reiki Master Healer/ Teacher in the Usui Shiki Ryoho method.

At this level you will:

  • Learn the sacred practice of attunements and using the Master Symbol  
  • Learn to develop Reiki manuals and curriculum for  student instruction
  • Receive instruction on professional client and instructor etiquette
  • Gain access to the Heart Sutra as a tool for navigating your healing practice
